Thank you to the staff at VinylTech for their great service. I was able to arrange from Ontario the complete installation of windows at our cottage. The staff were prompt, efficient, and professional in all dealings. The windows look great and the installation was smooth. I arrived at the cottage and was pleasantly surprised to find everything in order - the new windows look great and the old were removed efficiently. Thanks so much for the updated invoice. The guys did a wonderful job and were both kind/very professional. We appreciated their up-front and honest approach about the mistake with duplicating the work order. Knowing that your team had made extras (even by mistake) we asked them to take a look around and we would be happy to have them installed if they saw any other widows of that same size that were questionable. Even though some contractors may have seen that as an easy out to install something that wasn’t needed, they were honest and said that everything else looked good to go. That kind of treatment isn’t very common in today’s world and it was greatly appreciated. Your team has earned a “customer for life”.
